Gedi - introducing the gaussian jedi

Do or do not, there is no try in the use of Gaussian processes to model real data, test the limits of this approach, and find the best way to analyze radial velocities measurements of stars.

We are currently updating gedi to work with python 3.x, abandoning python 2.7 in the process, but this package is fully functional and feel free to check the wiki page if you want to know a little more about it! The wiki is up to date to the current gedi version.
