Amount input windows now also support keys Up, Down, PageUp, PageDown, Home and End

Automap is now centered to player position on opening
Maps can no longer explored through walls or locked doors
Messages in inventory/chests can now be acknowledged by right click

Fixed crash when opening player stats from conversations
Unlocked doors no longer block movement
Fixed a crash with battle positions (battle position is set when members join party)
Portrait animation for new party members is now always played
Fixed resurrection spell (resurrect all)
