Remove {glue} from imports (#30)

* Remove `{glue}` from imports This isn't being used anywhere that I could see, and doesn't break anything by removing it... * Tidy and sort the DESCRIPTION Used `desc::desc_normalize()` to clean up the DESCRIPTION and sort the imports.
