This should be completely backward compatible so won't break anything. But until #6 is resolved I'll need to merge and then test manually on another repo. |

This adds an optional
build_commandinput argument for thelink-checker.yamlworkflow, similar to thebuild-book.yamlworkflow.The use case is passing
make linkcheckto run the sphinx link-checker for repos that are build with Sphinx rather than JupyterBook.
