BTW, if I tried to run ./scripts/setup.sh using this branch, it did not seem to create containers as expected.

And maybe we should remove the version tag from the docker-compose files as indicated in the warning message?

The version tag was removed: 2759c7c

For me ./scripts/setup.sh runs fine. I have also had issues with external networks not being found. Deleting the docker compose project often helps.
