Solution

• Create PrometheusMetricsManager class to manage the metrics
• migrate the logic for metrics
• add prometheus and grafana

How to Test

• run
  composer install
docker compose up -d
  see next available resources
  http://processmaker.test/metrics

http://localhost:3000/
