Implement Baseline Server Timing Headers

Adds Server Timing headers for various components (controller, DB, endpoint, service provider) to enhance performance monitoring, with future enhancements planned for more granular profiling.

How to Test

  • Open chrome dev tools
  • Go to Network section
  • Choose a page or endpoint
  • Go to the tab timing
