check_ldap_userids.sh- Takes a list of LDAP userids and searches LDAP for current records. Used to find inactive accounts. -
makeWebsite.pl- Generates a simple template HTML site used for supplemental sites for publications. -
translate- Translate columns of text based on dictionary. Very flexible with many options. -
translate_cds.pl- Extract CDS regions from fasta reference and gff file and (optionally) translate into amino acid sequences.
