Partially Resolves #317

Changes:

• Updated the FAQ via en_US.json to clarify that users of emulators are still required to use a real console to dump system data in order to use Pretendo servers.

hi, thank you for your contribution! some small things:

• this commit duplicates the "if I am banned on Nintendo Network.." FAQ entry - I'm guessing this happened by accident when you changed from master to dev
• we've talked internally and would prefer different wording here - specifically we don't want to direct users towards dumping anything, just state our policy that emulator users need a real console.

No. For purposes of security and moderation, if you are using an emulator, you still need a real console. This allows for improved security and more effective enforcement of rules in order to provide a safe and enjoyable experience with our service.

something like this maybe? users can view the documentation provided by their emulator (Cemu or Citra or whatever) to discover the specific steps they need to do
