Administrative procedures for purchase of lab equipment

For Indian Vendors (various price ranges)
- less than 25k - directly from stores
- Less than 2.5 lakh - through stores but we need some forms to submit in ICSR
- More than 2.5 lakh - global tender
For outside India vendors
- Below 2.5 lakh
- Above 2.5 lakh
