PR Summary
Integrating work from the "hackathon" feature branch and resolving merge conflicts.
This PR adds an ACR server and ACR response classes, respectively. The server class has all of the previous implementation added to this class, however it needs to be further refactored so that is properly implementing the Server class APIs.
Currently the APIs will throw a "not implemented" exception.
