Please describe.
Timezone reporting is clearly inaccurate, it's displaying UTC+9 as the most used timezone in our main account, but that's not a timezone with much people - UTC-8 should be the most active one.

How to reproduce

  1. Open web analytics
  2. Look at the Geo tab, filter by Timezone
  3. See that the value is innacurate
