libraries/lgi: Experimental fix for Lua 5.4 #227

lgi fails to build on Slackware64-current due to Lua 5.4.
There are issue discussions on the lgi-devs official repository here:
lgi-devs/lgi#247
lgi-devs/lgi#249
They have yet to give a proper release but this builds for me and awesome window manager builds against it as well.

Also https://github.com/pavouk/lgi/ is the old repo. It now redirects to https://github.com/lgi-devs/lgi/.
