LogDel8 1.1 Release Candidate 1

Description:
Delete all Logs in the logs Folder.

Minecraft Version: 1.18.2+

Minimum Java Version: 17
Recommended Java Version: 18+

New Features and Changes:
-Removed Quartz Dependency (Replaced with BukkitRunnable)
-Little Changes in the code (folder obtainment)
-Little Changes in "pom.xml"

Known Problems and FAQ:
-Make sure the server has permissions to delete files
-You can execute "logdel" command only in-game, because it doesn't work in console. However, it still returns output to the console
