It is worth adding macOS version too, including a space for the build number if it is a beta version.

App Store id or bundle id might be needed too since some apps may share name.

The following are conditions might be required for an app to run: SIP disabled, PlayTools, PlayChain, Jailbreak bypass and app default ‘resolution’. There should be a third value if the opposite setting is supported too.

There should be an optional entry on LLDB support. For example, Genshin Impact will not run if LLDB is enabled.
