First release of Buddy. It should be bug-free, but if you do encounter any bugs while using it, PLEASE create an issue and it will be fixed.
The changes are mostly bugfixes, but also include broadcasts to let players know how to use the plugin or when someone sends them a buddy request. All broadcasts are toggleable with config options.
