What Does This PR Do

Arc revolver, the least used at 33 prints over 6 months 2 months ago:
2 more shots. Really, it's all it needs. The damage is more than fine, people really just need to learn to use it.
Plasma pistol, 102 prints.
Homing. It's charged shots have a weak homing. Shooting at someone running away from you should hit them (can be parried, running around a corner or a last second dodge can lose it). Do recall you have to charge it for 2 seconds to get one charged shot.
LWAP, 107 prints.
Can hit crawling people. Makes long range sniping against xenomorphs and humans viable, otherwise impossible to hit if crawling parallels to you.
Now passes girders to make viable in maints.
Now pierces spider webs, forgot to cover this when doing alien resin.
Now has a scope time of 2 seconds vs 3, per @silverplate | Oorm/UNIX 's request. This makes it more viable to pull out on the fly.
Greatly increases fire rate, from once every 5 seconds to every 2. As such, more viable to use in combat, as while an alpha strike can be good, it is still very hard to hit long range, and has a miserable DPS. Assuming you are hitting for 40 each shot, thats 8 dps currently, and with this change is 20. More reasonable. A lasergun still outdamages at anything, even max range.
BSG:
Anomaly core item, that fails at it's main purpose, AOE damage.
AOE damage improved from 30-15(with a decrease of 10% per tile away) (or 2-5 if it "misses" you in the AOE), to 80-60, reduced by 10% per tile. A miss is 20-25 damage. This actually makes it a threat on the battlefield, but still fires once every 4 seconds. As such, optimal DPS is suprise suprise, 20, still below a laser gun.
Now it is a viable AOE damage weapon.
Additionally, the bsg will now always kill blob spores (not blobbernaughts), compared to taking 2-~5 shots depending on rng.

Why It's Good For The Game

These 3 guns (+ BSG), are rarely used for multiple reasons.
Hopefully the above changes should increase their print / use rate, compared to other RND guns being printed, more such as:
Accelerator Laser Cannon 303
Ion Carbine 445
Xray Laser Gun 635 // Note: Inflated by RND levels
Immolator Laser Gun 756
Advanced Energy Gun 1587

When these guns are printed that much lower compared to others, and its not a tech level issue, good to give em a buff

Testing

Lots of shooting of plasma pistol for tracking
Lots of lwap shooting through walls, webs, girders, rock.
Fiddling with BSG to make it more efficent / better till happy with it.
