Hey, this is first release of Proton with fixes for NosTale based on GE 7-43 version.

The process of installing is similar to the original, you must untar the tar.gz into ~/.steam/root/compatibilitytools.d. What only differs from standard installation that you must reinstall whole game because it's depending on rebuilt dlls (so you must recreate Wine env).

Big thanks to @morsisko, NosApki team and Linux community. The decade-long bug has been finally resolved!
