Sony stole my idea of making a bunch of lazy themes and release them as an exclusive Anniversary Edition, but somehow they totally forgot that the PSP and PS Vita are, in fact, PlayStation consoles.

So here we are, celebrating 20 years of a console that allowed hackers to do anything and everything, by releasing a piece of software that is largely the result of such hackers. Funny enough, it's been 20 years only for the Japanese audience, for the rest of the world (such as myself) the PSP is still barely legal.

Because Sony stole my idea, we went even lazier than them, there's only a PS1 and PS2 theme, no PS4 or PS5 (go away with that crap), no PS3 theme either cause that's just the XMB theme and we had already copy-pasted too much and got tired.

There are a lot of fixes and improvements since the last "stable" release, but we will not list them all as we usually do, instead we're gonna copy Sony's style:

  • System stability improved.

Luckily I did bother to update the revision number from r150 to r151, but that is merely politics at this point, and I don't like politics.

This release is NOT a one-time-only Limited Edition thing, there really is barely any value added compared to simply using pre-releases (you should be using pre-releases from now on if you're smart).

Now go away, my birthday is in about two weeks and I'm not drunk enough.
