Description of Changes

Updates libpng webp and cpuinfo to latest versions and or commits. Also updates promptfont with new icons.

Rationale behind Changes

Being up to date is good.

Suggested Testing Steps

Make sure all the things do not go a big boom.

Was able to take a PNG and WebP screenshot as well as view my AM4 CPU via the OSD. No ARM or AM5 CPU to test with this.

Works on AM5 CPU on Windows
Screenshots with PNG and WebP also work
