- Add DemoAppJava to show integration from Java app
- Updates to README
- Allow up to talk http (no encryption), which is useful when dev
  testing with a local sandbox in "insecure" mode
- Implement witness api call in Java demo app
- Fix race condition updating text view in Kotlin demo app
