New Features:
This pull request enhances the Crypto Bot by adding two new features: Price Alerts and Currency Conversion. These functionalities improve the utility of the bot, providing users with more control over monitoring cryptocurrency prices and converting between different currencies.
Updates:
The /help command has been updated with detailed instructions for setting alerts and converting currencies.
The alert system runs periodically, checking prices and notifying users when their set conditions are triggered.
Moreover I update description so that it is easy for user to understand.
