Fixes #4

  • Added a Issues_Template markdown in the main branch for Users to refer to while creating an issue.
  • Generalized the Template for either a feature request or Documentation enhancement or bug report
  • Added an example wherever necessary to mitigate confusions regarding the content of a sub-section

Hey @Harish-2003
I have generalized the Template so it doesnot look out of place and looks like an issue instead of a template.
Thanks for the input, please let me know if any further changes would be required!
