Welcome to the library-assistance wiki!

On 2020-02-06, Em, Jenna, and I went to the library and met with Meg Gray (Science & Technology) and Rebecca Starr (Health & Literacy). Due to weather, Hanna called in from Brunswick. Jenna walked us through the journey map process to tease out existing processes, stakeholders, and resources.

The library is interested in something that will be easy to maintain and that will be primarily used by librarians and other staff (at least initially). They have provided the current 14 binder documents in Word and PDF formats (12 docx, 2 pdf) located here: /Code/Original Binder Documents.
