Requirements

Installation

The BEL Navigator plugin must be installed within Cytoscape.

  1. Download the JAR from this release.
  2. Start Cytoscape.
  3. Go to Apps ➡ App Manager ➡ Install from File...
  4. Select the release JAR and click Install.

Requirements

Installation

This release includes all JAR dependencies and must be installed manually.

  1. Download current release from OpenBEL/kam-nav.
  2. Unzip archive into the Cytoscape 3 plugins folder (e.g. CytoscapeConfiguration/3/apps/installed):
    • Windows path: %UserProfile%\CytoscapeConfiguration\3\apps\installed
    • Mac/Linux path: $HOME/CytoscapeConfiguration/3/apps/installed
  3. Start Cytoscape.
