使用flask实现在本地运行的前端

requirements:
    rclone
	python
		python-flask
			flask-bootstrap


deployment:

    Install rclone,
    
    Run 

```
    $ rclone config
```

    to set up local drives and cloud drives.

```
    $ python setting.py
```
    to set up the drives for the app.

If the main.py works (disappointedly it's not) run main.py

What should do:

    call handler.gen_file_list

    call handler.gen_block_list

    call handler.update
