change this key slightly and an env variable.
Writing the docs for this and I noticed that there is no environment variable for this (POLL_DELAY being deprecated now), so this adds one. It also updates the key slightly from
sessions_poll_delaytobc_sessions_poll_delayto be a little bit more specific.
