The test previously violated the Kubernetes version skew policy by deploying a kubelet of hte most recent version in a cluster with an older apiserver. (cherry picked from commit 2a79402)

This should be backported because it fixes a violation of the kubernetes version skew policy in the multi node test. The violation causes the test to be very flaky (it fails almost every time) with recent k3s/kubelet versions. See #352182, #354211 and #355964 for further information. Currently, the multi node test fails for k3s backports due to this, see #367661 and #367660 @NixOS/k3s |
