Description of changes
Since dub
1.37.0runningdub upgrade --annotateno longer generates the entiredub.selections.jsonfile.dub upgradestill works as expected, but it takes longer since it actually locally downloads the dependencies instead of just being a dry-run.Related discussion: dlang/dub#2965
In case this gets fixed I'll re-add the flag.
