Summary: Updating Affinder to deploy for the Reformulation Tool study

Summary:
- Experience is user selects a single city from the top
- all tools such as unlimited vocabulary with checkin data,
and the simulate concept expressions respond to this
- Added data on checkins for chicago, los angeles, phoenix
- The results are sorted by location categories that have the most
  checkins in that city
…rrent estimatation for the concept expression
Summary:
- top UI layout to support these two new features
- Refactored the city-based model to be part of this visitation monitor
  component, rather than the header.
- Fixed misc. subscription errors in simulate/repair tools
- Added new method that will help in querying the visitation model
  microservice
Summary:
- If a feature is in the workspace, it won't show a duplicate in the
  search results
- Once the workspace is updated, the resource-aware stats automatically
  update to reflect newest expression
- To do this, refactored code so use a ConceptExpressionDefinition
  singleton
Summary:
- Resolves #22 by making a story-based form for inputting parameters of
  the model
- Uses progressbars to show the probability of visitation for all cities
- TODO: add ability to save progress; and show the relative change with
  stacked bars
Summary:
- Since choosing the city matters more for the badges for each search
result, we put the city selector in the search UI.
- Since the badges relate to an increase in that city, I made
the units of +visit% the same as what is in the monitor
- Since the badges related to the increase in that city, the UI in
search and monitor have green highlights so you can see the links
- Since the monitor UI should read nicely, I made details like setting
a goal % below the progress bars
