Yeah, looks like this should have gone in here (#162), but I must have botched a merge conflict resolution or something after that. Not sure how exactly that happened, but should all be fixed now. |

It might also be worth updating docs/installation.rst to specify 3.9+, at some point, either in this PR or elsewhere |
Absolutely. My bad on this one. And double checked again this time and hopefully this should be the last lingering 3.8 reference. |
