Dardel resources: ntasks asks for number of cores, threads (=cpus-per-task) correspond to number of hyperthreads (2 per core). 1 hyperthread has 800 MB memory. If threads are passed to software that needs more memory, consider using ntasks for number of threads and leave threads/cpus-per-task at 1. |
