Adding a "overcharge" to power cells / batteries.
This allows them to provide more power and performance, but with a cost.
Planned Mechanics
Adding this cell to APCs will cause them to have more power, but with a small chance of causing problems like explosions.
Adding this cell to equipments such as stunsticks and energy guns will cause them to deal way more damage, but has a risk of exploding on every shot (the higher the overcharge, the more likely it is to explode)
If the battery is 100% overcharged, it is 100% guaranteed to explode in the first interaction / change. That is, if it gets charged, or if the equipment it is being used on consumes its power, it will explode.
