Having both of these installed in a virtual environment seems to cause issues with importing aruco. On many branches I have to uninstall both of these modules and then reinstall opencv-contrib-python.
It MAY be that we should have only opencv-contrib-python in the .lock file, and not opencv-python, but this needs to be investigated a bit further.
