Main changes over v0.2:

  • Fix game save and load
  • Remove one of the frame buffers, and use the RAM freed to cache the light tables, significantly improving frame rate (now roughly on a par with regular RP2040 Doom)

First tagged release of RP2040 Doom for PicoVision

Main changes over v0.1:

  • Load up the PicoVision GPU and use it for rendering to HDMI instead of Scanvideo to VGA
  • Load the WAD from SD card instead of flash. It is stored in both PSRAMs, and accessed at a dummy memory address using a hardfault handler
