Replaced Typography with Text Component for advanced-gas-fee-defaults.js (#17670)

Explanation

Replaced all Typography Component with Text Component and TypographyVariant with respective TextVariant for ui/components/app/advanced-gas-fee-popover/advanced-gas-fee-defaults/advanced-gas-fee-defaults.js (as specified in the issue)
