Refactored ScenarioType parsing logic

Replaced `valueOf` with `parseFromString` in `ScenarioType` to enhance input validation and error handling. Included logging for parsing failures and ensured fallback to `NONE` for invalid inputs. This improves resilience and maintainability of scenario type handling.
