When I added torso-mounted cockpits for IMs a couple years ago I inadvertently dropped the standard cockpit from the available options.While technically not the same part, MegaMek uses COCKPIT_STANDARD to indicate advanced fire control for IMs, and similarly a primitive cockpit for primitive IMs with advanced fire control.
Fixes #1330.
