Updates:

  • scorpio to v1.6.3
  • esmf to v8.6.1
  • mache to v1.23.0 -- brings in environment variables to fix recent issue on Chrysalis

Other Changes:

  • Add metis v5.1.0 built with int64 and real64 (needed for large partitions)

Need E3SM-Project/mache#157 from mache.

It would make sense to update ESMF to 8.6.1.

SCORPIO should be updated to 1.6.3
