February 2018 Update: Windfury Totem-swapping

Worked through all open issues and enhancement requests.

Most major update is the new feature supporting totem-swapping from the Windfury totem to other Air Totems.

Initial Release of version 1.1

This is the first version of my enhanced TotemTimers.

Main function which was added was the Tick Timer which displays when eg. the next Windfury Buff of your Windfury Totem will be applied or when Tremor Totem will have a chance to break a fear and so on.
