This PR integrates the required extensions in the study-manager-backend to introduce the "Preview-Mode" for Studies (#224).
Two new states are introduced:
PREVIEWandPAUSED_PREVIEWUpon completing the "Preview", the corresponding ElasticSearch-Index is dropped and all participants are reset to initial state.
