Added new MISP Object - ctf-challenge

Had this idea while participating local Capture The Flag event, to store CTFs challenge questions, and related supporting files into MISP for learning purposes.

Thanks a lot for the object. That's a great idea. I just jqed the JSON file and merged it.

Concerning the UI with the screenshot upload, it's a very good point. We will look into it.

Concerning the CTF with MISP, we might dig into the idea too with the different CTF we do which include MISP as a part of the challenge or when we use CTFd for https://www.first.org/global/sigs/seclounge/ ;-)
