Sogou Pinyin's
resources.dlldoes not have an export directory, which confuses the DLL blocker. Fix this issue.Additionally, truncate overly-long or malformed DLL names.
Finally, block Transparent Flyout's
TFMain64.dllfrom loading to fix a crash.
