Make the 7-Zip Zstandard branch's specific options translatable

After some research, I figured out that these resources have their ID, so can be translated!

I didn't use any of these options and I didn't find much information, any context is appreciated. I make this PR as a draft now, to time as we gather more information. After that, we can also change them to something that sounds more clear (eg. Want ArcHistory to Keep a history of accessed archives), but I leave that decision to @MouriNaruto or NanaZip community.

ArcHistory

I found some information in the book "Windows Registry Forensics - Advanced Digital Forensic Analysis of the Windows Registry" by Harlan Carvey.

PathHistory

Source same as above.

a list of archive extraction paths

CopyHistory

Stores copy target paths (eg. copy some file from C:/test/test2/ to C:/test3/test4/, it will store path C:/test3/test4/ on registry).

FolderHistory

Folder History. Available on View -> Folder History menu or Alt+F12.
