rna_to_dna

Code to convert an rna sequence to a dna sequence

1. Input pdb of rna sequence.
2. Run first four boxes of Jupyter Notebook.
3. Edit outputted gro file (temp_final.gro) so that you input a blank line followed by a line with the number of atoms (which can be found in the third column on the bottom line of the file). And also add a line to the end of the file which is 10.0 10.0 10.0 ..
4. Finally run the last box in the jupyter notebook and this will output a new pdb file ...
