This is a set of test cases that are written as part of the LinkedBrainz project [6] to test 
the Music Brainz NGS [1] to Music Ontology [2] (etc. [3]) mapping [11]*. See also [5]. The LinkedBrainz related D2RS Translator classes can be found at [18].

Install instruction:

0. The project is written in Java and makes use of the JUnit test framework [7], Jena Semantic 
   Web framework [8] and JDBC database handling framework [9].
1. The project is a Maven [10] project, so you can relatively easily load the dependencies.
2. You have to setup the DB connection settings (host, port, db-name, username, password) in 
   linkedbrainz.testcases.Utils.java, which are right on the top.


Running instruction:

1. Please keep attention that some of the tests are heavy memory consuming. So you may run into Java heap space errors. 
2. To run the JUnit test from the command line you need to properly set your CLASSPATH variable, e.g.,

1. The output of various tests can be found in the folder 'testoutput'.


*) The proposed mapping is a D2RQ [14,16,17] mapping and can be executed with a slighty modified version [12,13] of the D2R server [15].
