initramfs-qcom-image: remove the recipe and packagegroup

The packagegroup-qcom-boot was created for old mainline kernels and hasn't been tested for several months. Drop non-generic jump-to-rootfs initramfs recipes. Signed-off-by: Dmitry Baryshkov <[email protected]>
