Description

  • Updated dependencies to remove:
    • laminas-eventmanager 2.x
    • laminas-servicemanager 2.x
    • laminas-mvc 2.x
    • laminas-view (dev only)
    • laminas-log (dev only)
    • laminas-i18n (dev only)
  • Moved to Laminas CI workflow
  • Upgraded to Laminas Coding standards v3
  • Fixed coding standards issues
  • Fixed some static-analysis issue and baselined the rest of them
  • Fixes Use laminas-ci for continuous integration #70
