- Run the script->
script->data_script.Rusing a computer connected to the Oyster Project MySQL database (UF VPN). This script will outputwq.csvandlab.csvin thedata->wqfolder. - Knit the
wq_quarterly_report.rmdto generate the report. - Manually rename the file to the appropriate report name (e.g., wq_quarterly_report_fall_2019.docx) and move it to the
writing->reportfolder.
