Update app bridge and util as per the new update from the shopify
Add configuration for app bridge
change config variable name
config update for script

On the new shopify update the app bridge and app utils have different versions which is making it an issue to migrate from 2.0 to 3.0. As well, the host keyword required base64 encoded string, which we have to add in config as well. Which resolve issue |

As AppBridge 4 now supersedes this, I am going to close this PR in favour of #361 which is the jump up to v4 |
